ReyCon to Begin Work on Oceanfront Development in Hull

PLYMOUTH MA- Construction Management firm ReyCon announced it has started work on the construction of a new 32,000 sf multi-family apartment community on popular Nantasket Beach in Hull, in partnership with Newton-based developer, Enrique Darer.   ReyCon was hired by Darer to provide all pre-construction and construction management services.

Sitting right across the beach and only 12 miles south of Boston, the “Residences at the Aquarium” will feature 23 upscale multi-family units.  The innovative design from Leavitt Associates will feature floor-to-ceiling windows in each unit, with stunning Atlantic Ocean and modern amenities throughout.  The development will also feature below grade parking and new landscaping to compliment it’s beautiful and unique setting. The three-story residences will within walking distance to the eclectic beachfront shops, bars and restaurants of Nantasket Beach.
