ReyCon Completes 102-Unit “The Charley” Development for Berkeley Investments

BRIGHTON, MA — July 22, 2025 — ReyCon, one of Massachusetts’ fastest-growing general contractors, recently announced the successful completion of The Charley, a 102-unit multifamily residential development for client Berkeley Investments.

Located at 46 Soldiers Field Place in Brighton, The Charley is a 121,000 square-foot project that broke ground in late 2023. Ideally positioned between the Charles River and Brighton’s thriving Boston Landing neighborhood, the project features a bold and modern design by VMY Architects, offering river views from every Studio, One, and Two-bedroom unit.

The five-story building includes a second-floor podium topped by five levels of wood-frame construction, built to LEED Gold standards.
