Designed by VMY Architects and built on the site of former office space, this five-story, 102 -unit community features a 2-floor podium with 5 levels of wood frame over. The new building includes one two and three-bedroom units, each with views of the Charles River. The property features modern amenities throughout – including a fitness center, common area roof deck with fire pits and retail space on the first floor. The five-story residences are transit oriented -located adjacent to the Massachusetts Turnpike – and within walking distance of the trendy “Boston Landing” neighborhood of Allston/Brighton – which includes public transportation, the New Balance global headquarters, Warrior Ice Arena, Athlete’s Park and a wide-range of shops, bars and restaurants.
