ReyCon successfully completed the comprehensive plaza reconstruction and building envelope renovation at RiverPark Lofts in Watertown, Massachusetts, in partnership with CSL Consulting. This complex rehabilitation project included extensive plaza waterproofing, drainage system improvements, electrical and fire protection upgrades, exterior re-siding, and replacement of the building’s sprinkler piping infrastructure. By coordinating multiple construction disciplines within an occupied residential community, ReyCon delivered critical infrastructure improvements that enhanced the property’s long-term performance, durability, and safety. The project highlights our expertise in complex renovation, restoration, and occupied multifamily developments.
