For this project, ReyCon completely redeveloped a vacant industrial and retail building into a climate controlled storage facility with 1,018 units. Features include a new structural steel façade and mezzanine, along with a new roof system and an extensive interior rehabilitation. Additionally, ReyCon managed the sitework for Jumbo Self Storage, delivering new underground utilities, landscaping, and hardscaping. This large scale project occurred on a tight schedule during a harsh winter, but ReyCon persevered through challenges to get the job done right.
