ReyCon recently began work on the ground-up construction of the first phase (Building C) of Allston Green, a transformative multi-family development located at 6 Pratt Street in Allston. The nearly 51,000-square foot building will deliver 68 modern residential units and represents a key milestone in the larger Allston Green master plan. Situated in the heart of Allston’s dynamic arts district, the project is steps from the MBTA Green Line and within walking distance of Boston University and Harvard University. This initial phase reflects the development’s overall vision to create a vibrant, sustainable community that combines housing, public open space, and cultural amenities. The development will utilize sustainable design strategies and efficient unit design, while featuring a range of deluxe amenities to enhance overall livability, including shared common spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, flexible coworking space, multiple lounges, and expansive outdoor green areas.
