ReyCon completed building 15 town home style luxury condominiums in Newburyport, MA. Located on the edge of the Merrimack River, Newburyport Landing is a 6-acre site. Three of the seven total buildings on site are new builds by Reynolds that blend seamlessly into the coastal setting. Four buildings underwent extensive renovations, including a home originally constructed in 1690 and a barn that was relocated within the development. ReyCon worked cooperatively and efficiently with the necessary channels to follow historical preservation guidelines. The condominiums are comprised of 2 and 3 bedroom units with patios and balconies, and the entire complex contains 45,000 square feet of living space. Additional outbuildings include detached garages and maintenance structures.
