In the heart of Boston, ReyCon renovated the top three floors of an eight story building into 46 residential apartments, consisting of 18 studios, 20 one-bedroom units, and eight two- bedroom units. Additionally, ReyCon created a contemporary residential lobby on the ground floor featuring a mail room, trash and recycling center, bike storage room, and tenant storage space.
