ReyCon was excited to be the general contractor on this project located right in our hometown of Plymouth, a wood frame four story building that features an elevator and a rooftop restaurant. The building is a mixed use space, combining high end retail, short term suite rentals, and residential condominiums on the beautiful and prominent Plymouth Waterfront. ReyCon managed this project from its initial stages and from the ground up, using our own division to complete all site work. Many challenges accompany new construction projects in the heart of a tourist town, but we worked successfully within the community to ensure a high quality result that adds a new dimension to Plymouth’s waterfront.
